Shipping policy

Resort Delivery

Magical Gift Baskets hand-delivers to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando resort hotels. Deliveries are made to the resort Front Desk or Bell Services. We do not deliver directly to guest rooms. Every delivery includes photo proof, sent to the sender by text message or email.

Standard resort delivery is free when you order 1 to 365 days ahead of your delivery date. Same-day delivery is available for an additional $20 when you order by 10:00 AM Eastern Time, subject to availability.

Your delivery date is selected at checkout. While we make every effort to deliver on your selected date, delivery times may vary due to resort procedures, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Multiple baskets may be ordered for different dates or locations within a single order, and each basket is fulfilled individually.

Delivery Areas

Our standard delivery area covers Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando resort hotels. Delivery to vacation rentals, private homes, businesses, and other locations outside our resort delivery area is available by custom order only. Please contact us through our website contact form to arrange it.

Ship Nationwide

Nationwide shipping is currently available on the Disney Parks Snack Gift Basket (Small size) only. Orders ship via UPS Ground for a $20 flat rate, processed within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking and insurance included. One shipping address per order.

Delivery Issues

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right. See our Refund Policy for details on damaged items, date changes, and store credit.
