Delivery
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery is free within our standard Orlando zones. Same-Day delivery is $20 (by 10 AM EST, if in stock). See our Delivery Information page for details.
How are deliveries handled at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resorts?
We deliver to the resort front desk, safe and convenient. Resorts typically notify recipients, who can pick up or arrange room delivery (per resort policy). In-room delivery isn’t available. Check with the front desk on arrival!
What about other resorts or vacation rentals?
We deliver similarly, if possible, just provide the address and any instructions for a smooth drop-off.
What if my trip dates change?
Contact us before your delivery date, and we’ll adjust as best we can.
